2021 Holiday Happenings at The Charter School of Wilmington

CSW’s chapter of Multiplying Good took time during their busy schedules to spread Holiday cheer throughout the local community. The CSW chapter partnered with Donate Delaware to bring much needed items to our Veterans.
Thanks to DonateDelaware, The Charter School of Wilmington’s Multiplying Good students were able to stuff 100 stockings. The stockings were delivered by CSW students to the Wilmington VA Medical Center on Friday, December 17.

The CSW crew team participated in its annual Santa Row at the Wilmington Rowing Center. The funds raised from the Santa Row event benefits the Ministry of Caring!

33 players from the CSW girls basketball program shopped to buy gifts for four families as a part of The Shooting Santa’s Foundation CSW players made 165 free throws and raised over $4,000 to be able to purchase Christmas gifts for families in need.

Protecting the Environment

Our Eco Alliance students and club moderator, Mrs. Stephanie Messinger, had a busy November. The group marched in the Climate Action Rally, took part in park cleanups at Brandywine Creek State Park and Battery Park, and participated in a tree-
planting event in Townsend.
